Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, and you receive your tracking number, we are not responsible for how it is being handled by the carrier. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us and we will do what we can to help resolve the issue.

Standard shipping takes 2-3 days, but 5-7 days during peak Holiday season. Please understand that these are estimates and can fluctuate during the Holiday season. Black Paper Party is not responsible for carrier delays; however, we will keep customers updated throughout the season. 

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.  

We currently ship within the US. Our retail partners may offer international shipping. Please check their respective websites for service areas.​​

Lost Packages:

Please remember that once Black Paper Party drops off your package at the post office, we cannot control the delivery speed. It is in USPS hands. 

​If you fear your package is lost please get in touch with USPS. Black Paper Party is unable to open any USPS cases for you. That is the buyer's responsibility. You may contact Black Paper Party for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise.
