Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, and you receive your tracking number we are not responsible for how it is being handled by the carrier. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help resolve the issue.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 days, but 5-7 days during peak Holiday season. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 days, but 3-5 days during peak season. Please understand that these are estimates and can fluctuate during the Holiday season. Black Paper Party is not responsible for carrier delays; however, we will keep customers updated throughout the season.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.  

Tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. 

We shop for the best carrier at time of purchase to send your product as quickly and affordable as possible.

Black Paper Party issues refunds on a case by case basis.
