Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, and you receive your tracking number we are not responsible for how it is being handled by the carrier. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help resolve the issue.
Standard shipping takes 2-3 days, but 5-7 days during peak Holiday season. Expedited shipping takes 1-2 days, but 3-5 days during peak season. Please understand that these are estimates and can fluctuate during the Holiday season. Black Paper Party is not responsible for carrier delays; however, we will keep customers updated throughout the season.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
Tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.
Our refund policy for merchandise purchased on our website is as follows: once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any damages or missing items. In the event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging and contact the shipping carrier for further instructions. Our company will not be responsible for providing a refund or replacement for any damaged or missing items. We recommend that you thoroughly review our refund policy before making a purchase to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the sale.
Returns are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. Eligible returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). We will provide a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (generally 3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us email@example.com.
Please note that we do not handle any issues regarding product purchase at any of our Retail Partners’ stores either Brick and Mortar or online. Orders can not be canceled or changed once placed. If you need to update your address, please firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request. We do not offer cancellations or changes on orders. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us email@example.com your order number and images documenting the damage to your order.

If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy.
We do not issue refunds for items not received by our returns department and recommend you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.
NOTE: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when USPS verifies your package is delivered."
We shop for the best carrier at time of purchase to send your product as quickly and affordable as possible.
For any returned merchandise valued in excess of $100.00 you must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured ship method and include your receipt with your return for reimbursement.
Please note, we only issue reimbursements if the return is due to an error on our part. If necessary, you may arrange with our customer service center for a return label to be sent to you for use in shipping the package, with the cost to be deducted from your refund.
We currently only ship to the continental US, but are working diligently to grow! Our retail partners may offer international shipping. Please check their respective websites for service areas
