Our refund policy for merchandise purchased on our website is as follows: once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any damages or missing items. In the event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging and contact the shipping carrier for further instructions. Our company will not be responsible for providing a refund or replacement for any damaged or missing items. We recommend that you thoroughly review our refund policy before making a purchase to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the sale.

Returns are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase to customerservice@blackpaperparty.com. Eligible returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). We will provide a return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (generally 3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atcustomerservice@blackpaperparty.com

Please note that we do not handle any issues regarding product purchase at any of our Retail Partners’ stores either Brick and Mortar or online. Orders can not be canceled or changed once placed. If you need to update your address, please emailcustomerservice@blackpaperparty.comas soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request. We do not offer cancellations or changes on orders. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us atcustomerservice@blackpaperparty.comwith your order number and images documenting the damage to your order.
