placed my most recent order in December 2025, yet I did not receive my refund until March 20th. This delay is unacceptable under any reasonable standard of business practice.
This is the second consecutive year in which I have experienced significant problems with my orders. Over the past two years, I have placed four orders, and each one has involved an error or service failure. After 20 years of experience as a manager in customer service, I can confidently say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.
Both of my most recent orders were intended as gifts. I entered the correct shipping addresses into the order form, and because I used PayPal, I verified the address again before submitting the order. Despite this, both orders were shipped to my home address instead of the intended recipients.
When I contacted customer service, I provided screenshots of my transactions clearly showing the correct information. The representative assigned to assist me did not seem to understand the issue and became argumentative over email. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I typically avoid doing business with companies that do not offer a customer service phone number. However, I chose to support this business because it is operated by Black women, and I wanted to contribute positively. While the products themselves are high quality, the customer service and order fulfillment processes have been consistently poor.
My concerns are not based on a single incident. They reflect two years and four separate orders with recurring issues.
